Prevent Debris from Damaging your Engine Fans (It’s what our products are made for!)

If you like cars, you must know about how expensive fixing them can be. Being in the automotive industry, we see a lot of similar issues with various models and try to remain as informed as possible on the woes that fellow car enthusiasts experience. After all, the main reason why we created Radiator Grille Store was to help like minded individuals avoid radiator, condenser, or engine damage on their Porsches and Corvette C8s for years to come. We make it a point to keep up w

Porsche Owner Wished They Knew about RGS sooner!!

A customer contacted us, pointing us to a video they made after they paid almost $2ooo to have their Porsche 718 Cayman air conditioning condenser replaced. Thomas' beautiful Carmine red Cayman sprung a leak. Look at the video and you can see something rather large made a puncture in the condenser. Unknown how large it was, but in the photo on the video, you can see another contact point to the north-northwest of the puncture. #Porsche #Porsche718 #PorscheBoxster #Porsche

Porsche 718 GTS, GT4 and Spyder Side Intake Grilles

We built upon our "best in the industry" 981 Boxster and Cayman Side Intake grilles with their simple installation and OEM looks to create the Porsche 718 4.0 models, GTS, Spyder and GT4 side intake grilles. These install with basic hand tools in minutes for the Spyder and the GTS, a little more involved for the GT4 as the side sill needs to be removed, quite straightforward though. What are people saying about Radiator Grille Store!?!?

Here is one happy customer’s Review of the Porsche 718 front radiator grille mesh we sell. One thing to note is the comparison to the other large grille fabricator out there. We created these grilles as an alternative option to the other manufacturers out there. We wanted to have an OEM look that preserved the factory lines and structure rather than covering them up. We also wanted a product that installs easily, quickly, and without bumper removal. Ra Grill Store was born!

Why add a radiator or intake grille to your vehicle?

Why add a radiator or intake grille to your vehicle?

Auto manufacturers have a tough job increasing performance and desirability of their vehicles, giving the customer what they want and increasing profit margin. Some aspects of vehicles are left for more premium levels of the vehicle or more purposeful, race variants of the vehicles. The radiator grille and intake grille may be one of these items that get chopped on the bean counter's desk. If you notice Porsche GT cars (GT2, GT2RS, GT3, GT3RS, GT4) have radiator and intake

Can’t fuel up your Porsche Boxster or Cayman all the way? Here’s a tip!

I noticed every once in a while when fueling up my Porsche Cayman 981 the fuel pump stopped at about 3/4 to 7/8 of a tank. I would think it was full and then get in my car and go to drive off just to notice the fuel gauge was not indicating full. i started trying different methods to fill my Porsche joy tank. I found that holding the fuel nozzle at an angle helped comple the fill to the brim and stop at the proper level. Just a tip for you Porsche Boxster and Cayman owners,

The Porsche Whisperer - What is that? Is that the sound of the IMS??

Continued from my IMS? RMS? WTF? blog post. So the German girl (2002 Porsche 911 996 C4S) is home from California. I have been inundating my brain with internet lore of the devastating IMS and not so devastating RMS issues with the M96 engine. I operate in the analyst quadrant, analysis by paralysis??? yep, that, at times, can be me. So with all of this doom and gloom information, I became a hyper neurotic Porsche owner. I would say hyper as at some level, those Porsche

To continue from the IMS, RMS, WTH? blog

The Lapis Blue beauty showed up right on time. A 2002 Porsche 911 996 C4S with Savannah Beige full leather interior, manual with carbon fiber trim package. She was everything I dreamed of an more! What a fantastic vehicle! Something other worldy from the previous vehicles I had owned. The front end so low, the rear tires so wide, the experience so sublime, the road handling leaps and bounds better than the mustang. The manual gearbox was wonderful, confidence inspiring

How I became addicted to sports cars - part II - Welcome to Porsche

To catch others up on the journey, I started out with an 1984 80 hp Jeep Wagoneer (aka Cherokee) with wood grain and gold exterior, moved on to other unmentionables (Chevy Beretta (with a Dynomax exhaust and chipped! LOL), 1989 Mustang (tons of work done on it in my dad's garage), Honda Prelude (cool car, but an dogga-matic), on to a Mazda 6 (only redeeming feature of a manual, oh yeah an ebay Injen look a like intake and a tune module), then to a 2007 Mustang GT with a whipp

How I became addicted to sports cars

Where did I leave off.... oh yeah, I think we are moving post Mustang era. I felt I needed to get into a luxury vehicle. Luxury vehicles have one downfall, the lack of the availability of a manual. My choices were the Audi S range, BMW M range and the Acura TL SH-AWD. I ultimately found an Acura 20 miles from my house, 6-speed manual. I purchased the vehicle and loved every minute of that sweet shifting manual. But it was missing something. It was big and heavy. I need
